Yes! Occasionally, we offer pre-order options for new or high-demand items. If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly labeled on the product page, along with the expected shipping date. Please note that payment is processed at checkout to secure your item, and you’ll receive updates as soon as your order ships.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and can be sent directly to the recipient’s email. They never expire and can be used on any item in our store.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We’re currently focused on serving our customers within the United States as we grow our boutique. We hope to expand and offer worldwide shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates!
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view the most up-to-date shipping status. You can also log into your account to track your order directly from your order history page.
Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Same-day shipping may be available for select orders placed before 12 PM EST. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Starting a return is easy! Visit our Returns Portal with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide detailed instructions and, if eligible, a return label. Once your item is received, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include jewelry, bodysuits, accessories, and items marked as final sale.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for funds to appear in your account.
Items marked final sale cannot be returned. However, if a sale item isn’t marked final sale, it is eligible for return following our standard return policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no additional charge.
